If the host of an online multiplayer game is on any form of cellular data, be it mobile wifi routers or data share from a cellular device, then no one will be able to connect to the world. The game plays just fine, but anyone who tries to connect to the world (even if multiplayer is on) won't be able to. This issue only affects Minecraft for some reason, litteraly everything else works fine. This doesn't just affect PC, but also PS4.
