In the experimental cave and clips mode, hardly any caves with entrances on the surface are generated. And all caves with contact to the outside world are flooded from y = 62.

There are no more ravines either. I loaded a seed whose structures I know and couldn't find a single canyon.

Hopefully this will be improved again. It would be a shame if these iconographic features of Mincraft were lost.
