    Description

(For the record, I am NOT on the beta. I have turned on the Caves and Cliffs experiment in world creation.)  Okay, I will start with the caves, when I created my experimental world, the first thing I noticed was that there were no small caves and ALL the big caves were underwater which made mining VERY difficult. On top of that, there was almost no iron ore except for one underwater cave that I found after playing for an hour. This meant that the only way for me to get Iron is in natural structures such as villages, mineshafts, dungeons, Temples, etc, or by going VERY deep underground by pure chance in a dry cave and and even purer chance that actually has Iron. I'm so sorry to bring it down, I still absolutely love Minecraft and all you dear developers. The caves still look AWESOME! Some of this might be intentional and I'm sorry if it is, but I just wanted to put this out there so you guys know (Unless someone else already told you, sorry if that's true, I tried to look hard for other reports). Anyway Caves and Cliffs pt 2 (1.18) looks awesome! I just want to help. Anyway, thank you for your time!

P.S. I forgot to say that some VERY deep caves are dry. I've only found them in creative mode though.

Sorry, I couldn't get any screenshots.
