The axolotl still moves its tail when killed by drowned, when the axolotl plays dead unless it is killed by a new player the axolotl doesn't move its tail.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a pool of water
2. Spawn an axolotl and a drowned inside the pool
3. Wait for the axolotl to play dead

Observed Results:
When the axolotl plays dead, it still moves its tail.

Expected Results:
The axolotl should not move its tail.
