Hold right-click on item and then switch hotbar, this repeats hotbar switch between old item and new item until releasing right click

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place two items with no right-click action, such as a sword and pickaxe, in the hotbar
      2. Hold the sword
      3. Aim at a block
      4. Hold right-click and switch to the pickaxe using the number keys

      Observed Results:
      The hotbar repeatedly switches between the sword and the pickaxe.

      Expected Results:
      The hotbar switches to the pickaxe without any issues.
