Bug regarding character creator

      I've been encountering this bug since 1.17 came out. I can't customize my character in character crestor as it doesn't shows changes. I've attached the video with bug proof. I haven't tested in beta yet as I had read the update change logs and haven't found the bug fixes related this topic.
