Alternative Fuel Achievement Not Working On Smokers

      It also happened for the nether update.
      I tried to get the achievement with a smoker to speed things up but it did not work.
      Steps To Reproduce

      1. Go to the seed picker and select "Survival Island"
      2. Burn something with dried kelp blocks in the smoker
        Observed Results
        No Achievement
