Nether Portal spawn is broke?

      When i teleport through my nether portal it teleports me 1000 blocks away from my nether portal, and doesn't spawn me with different portal. This doesn't happen every time i teleport through, but it happens 93% of the time. I've reset my Computer, deleted Minecraft, and it still does this.
