When you throw the potions down they do not give you the full effects, so for example a fire resistance instead of giving you 6:00 gives you 4:00 or the healer potions instead of healing 3.5 ,1.5 heart heals you, this only happens if you pull them down if you pull them up it works fine but down is bad.
