To recreate the issue:
1. Play Minecraft online with your Microsoft account
2. Transition to playing Minecraft offline using the Steve profile
3. Purchase minecoins in offline mode and pay using your parent's Microsoft account
4. Use those minecoins to purchase One Block Challenge and Hacker Tools templates
5. Play with the two new templates in offline mode
6. Save purchases by using the "Save Purchases to Microsoft Account" feature in Minecraft
7. As part of the "Save Purchases to Microsoft Account" steps, log in to your online Microsoft account, which is part of your parent's Microsoft family account
8. Once logged in, your profile changes from Steve to your online profile
9. Once logged in, One Block Challenge and Hacker Tools templates show as locked. In order to open them, the game says you have to purchase the templates (even though you have already purchased the templates).
10. Turn off the wifi
11. Close Minecraft
12. Restart the computer
13. Restart Minecraft with the wifi off
14. The Steve profile appears
15. One Block Challenge and Hacker Tools templates now show as locked in offline mode, too
Attached are screenshots showing the current status when you open Minecraft in offline mode.
Please advise on what is happening and how we can access the templates that were purchased?
Thanks!
