      Summary:
      When a village is generated for the first time, a villager can spawn on top of their bed in a house where the roof is only 1 block above the bed, causing the villager to suffocate.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new world with the seed -1235243567
      2. /tp -296 68 -798

      Observed Results:
      The villager spawns on top of their bed and suffocates.

      Expected Results:
      The villager should spawn beside their bed.

      Notes:
      A baby villager can spawn sometimes, so the steps will need to be repeated when that happens.
