Glow sticks do not have a quick move animation

      Summary:
      The quick move animation does not play when a glow stick is quick moved in an inventory.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new world with the Education Edition toggle enabled
      2. Craft a glow stick (see the Glow Stick wiki page for the crafting recipe)
      3. Quick move the glow stick

      Alternatively:

      1. Download and open [EDU] My World.mcworld
      2. Quick move the glow stick

      Observed Results:
      The glow stick does not have a quick move animation.

      Expected Results:
      The glow stick should have a quick move animation, just like other items.
