      Summary:

When using the /tp command on non-player entities to teleport them from the overworld to another entity in the end dimension, their position coordinates are updated, but they are not teleported to the end.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Go to the end, summon an entity there (armor stand), and create a ticking area (/tickingarea) over it so that it will be possible to teleport to it while being in the overworld.
      2. Go back to the overworld, and summon another entity (minecart).
      3. Teleport the overworld entity to the end entity (/teleport @e[type=minecart] @e[type=armor_stand]).
      4. The overworld entity (minecart) will be teleported to the equivalent coordinates of the end entity (armor stand), but in the overworld.
