I have two laptops with minecraft. One is used by my son, one by myself.

I have tried the beta version on my laptop, but I didn't like it. The biggest problem is that there is no way to run realms on it. But after I disabled my beta on my laptop, my sons version was suddenly also beta. It was impossible to remove and was only gone after I completely reinstalled windows on his laptop.

Now suddenly my laptop also turned back to beta. Allthough I din't change anything at all. I tried all the "advice" found on the net but there is no way I can get out of this beta. I don't understand why the beta needs to replace the normal version in the first place. can't they just simply run next to each other?

The worst part is, as long as we have these problems it's impossible to reach both realm servers I pay for.

This beta system is the most user unfriendly thing I've seen in a long time.
