Summary: Ores on Minecraft Java have the ability to generate with there texture facing downwards and upwards while on Bedrock Edition all the ores are generated with their texture in the default position.

Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Load a World.
Step 2: Find Ores in both versions
Step 3: Repeat.

Observed Result: Ores on Bedrock don't have the ability to generate with there texture upside down.

Expected Result: Ores on Bedrock should be able to generate with there texture pointed downwards.
