If you look through glass or water, you can see clouds that are further away than what your actual render distance is, which is trippy, because without glass (normally looking at them) you can't see any clouds.
Steps to re-produce:
1. Create a World
2. Turn Ray tracing on
3. Place some Glass around
4. Look at Clouds through Glass
5. Also look at clouds/around in sky directly without Glass
6. Compare
Expected results: Clouds out of your render distance can not be seen
Observed results: You can see clouds far far away from what your render distance is.
