Player Permissions button icon and Invite to Game button flicker when exiting the Settings menu

      Summary:
      When exiting the Settings menu, the Player Permissions button icon in the pause menu flickers briefly.

      The Invite to Game button also flickers, but this only happens when signed out of your Microsoft account.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Settings > Video and enable Screen Animations
      2. Create a new world or open an existing world
      3. Open the pause menu
      4. Click on the button next to your gamertag and note the permission level you are at
      5. Open the Settings menu
      6. In World > Game, scroll down to "Player permission when joining from invite"
      7. Set the permission level to the same level as your player
      8. Exit the Settings menu
      9. Open the Settings menu
      10. Exit the Settings menu
      11. Quickly look at the Player Permissions button icon and Invite to Game button

      Observed Results:
      The Player Pemissions button icon flickers. If you are not signed into your Microsoft account, the Invite to Game button also flickers.

      Expected Results:
      The Player Permissions button icon and Invite to Game button should not flicker.
