When using a monostable circuit if I use the button to power the initial Redstone dot it will work as expected. Whereas, when I power the Redstone dot using a repeater it won't work. For example, I'm using this monostable circuit in conjunction with a block swapper that allows me to pull in a block and then swap it with another (I'm hoping to use this as a means of storing items, the blocks would be barrels in this case). But because of this bug, I can no longer power it via a button on the wall.
The first picture shows the setup from the front view before I have pressed the button, the second picture shows after I have pressed the button (again the button is on the block directly by the Redstone dot). In the third picture, I have moved the button away and powered the block adjacent to the Redstone dot using the repeater, but it no longer works. The fourth picture shows the back of the contraption showing the monostable circuit with the repeater running into it.
