Summary:
I flew with my Elytra and Fireworks into a unloaded chunk at high speed it loaded and glitched my player out and refilled my elytras durability from 150 to full durability.

Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Be in a Survival World at large size.
Step 2: Get a Elytra and Fireworks.
Step 3: Fly into unloaded or glitched/semi loaded chunk at high speed with fireworks.
Step 4: When the player is glitching out spam fireworks.
Step 5: Repeat.

Observed Results:
The players tools and armor in inventory was repaired instantly without any experience to repair it.

Expected Results:
The armor and tools shouldn't have been repaired without having experience.
