dirt/grass path blocks can be silk touched

      On Bedrock Edition when having a silk touch shovel you can silk touch dirt path blocks to get the block that isn't meant to be obtained in survival mode compared to java edition.

      Steps to recreate the bug
      1. Get a silk touch shovel
      2. Make a dirt path block
      3. Mine it
