When I'm playing Minecraft with my friends on multiplayer, in a few minutes in the game, my friend's skins has changed to the Steve skin but on their screen, their skin hasn't changed and they shown me their screens and when I change my skin on my screen, it doesn't look like it changed, but on their screens, I changed my skin. Is there any way to fix this.
