Glow Item Frames don't make the items inside glow depending on what side of the block they're placed

      This issue seems to not affect the overworld nor if the item frame is placed on a wall or a ceiling. It does not affect block items either.

      Steps to recreate:
      1. Put a glowing item frame on the ground.
      2. Put an item (that is not a block) on the item frame.

      After that, you can see that the item on the glow item frame looks dim.
