I created a new survival world on 1.17.2 because diamonds were supposed to generate more commonly than on 1.17.

I noticed that, after mining a lot, I didn't get any diamonds, so I decided to create a new world with commands on and the same seed (23062021) and used command blocks to clear almost everything that wasn't diamonds and found that they weren't generating as they should, since there were chunks with no diamonds and the most that one of those chunks had was around 7 diamonds.
