When in the settings menu, the Game and Multiplayer options have had their navigation broken. You cannot use right on the D-pad or left stick to navigate to the submenus on these two options (and only these two options). All other sub menus allow you to still do this. This has broken as of the rework of the UI in 1.17.

Please stop breaking the UI of the game in multiple ways. ☹️
