      Description

I was testing the fix for MCPE-119548, and it seemed to not be fully fixed. However, upon further investigation, I found out that it's a different issue at play here.

Falling stalactites have a larger collision box (the size of a block) that's also slightly offset, aligned to the southeast corner of the stalactite's model instead of being centered,

If the falling stalactite overlaps with any blocks on the northern and eastern sides, the falling stalactite will be pushed to the side. visually and physically. It will then be able to fit within a single block.

This causes all sorts of issues, including taking damage where it shouldn't have occurred.

To reproduce this issue, simply open the attached test world and follow the instructions there.
