Let It Go achievement/trophy not obtainable on PS4

      I've been trying to get the "Let It Go" achievement on PlayStation 4 but I am unable to obtain it.

       

      I went to a normal deep ocean biome and walked with a frost walker 2 Netherite boots over it, yet I didn't get an achievement or trophy.
