Cannot join a game when invited or by clicking on friends and join world. Had this problem for ages.  Have tried deleting minecraft off of the playstation and putting back on, and signing out and back in of my microsoft account.

Screen just always is stuck on loading servers.

He is playing on nintendo and myself on PS4.  He plays fine with his friends cross platform but just wont work with me! Please can you advise what to do?
