      Issue Context
There are issues with the individual identities of "tall grass" and "ferns" whilst using 'pick block' and the '/give' command. More details below.

      Details of issues

      Issue part 1

      • If you try to use 'pick block' on either having tall grass or ferns whilst having the opposite in your inventory already, it will automatically select the item already in your inventory instead of giving you the other one.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Select 1 of either the "fern" or "tall grass" from the creative inventory.
      2. Place the item in the world, ensuring you only have 1 of either type in your inventory
      3. Find the opposite of the item you placed in the world (for example, if you placed the fern, then find tall grass)
      4. Use 'pick block' on the opposite item and it will select the fern you have in the inventory instead of giving you the tall grass (and vice versa).

      Issue part 2

      • Also there is an issue with the identity of tall grass whilst using pick block, steps to reproduce this particular issue are below:

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Use "/give @s tallgrass 1 0" (immediately the game addresses this as a "fern", but is visually tall grass and places as such).
      2. Place the item into the world
      3. Clear your inventory with "/clear @s" or "/clear @s tallgrass"
      4. Use 'pick block' on the grass you placed, it will give you tall grass labeled as "fern".
