This bug report is a parity issue with Java.
Summary:
According to MC-228903 and MC-228809 data such as effects and continue to breed are discarded after catching in a bucket. And it works as intended in the Java version. In the bedrock version, after catching the axolotl in a bucket, it continues to multiply and retains all the effects.
However, for example, the amount of health (both in bedrock and in java) is preserved after catching in a bucket.
Fixing this bug will fix MCPE-130041 as the effect will no longer be present after catching the axolotl in a bucket.
Steps to reproduce:
- Make the axolotl regenerate or give it an effect or feed it so it can to breed.
- Catch him in a bucket.
- Let it out of the bucket.
Observed results:
The axolotl still has all its effects and continue to breed.
Expected results:
According to MC-228903 and MC-228809, the effect and to breed should disappear after catching the axolotl in a bucket.
