      Specs:

      Windows 10 Desktop // i7-7700k // GTX 1070 // 16gb RAM

I started playing Minecraft, bought off the Microsoft Store, recently. I'm having an FPS issue which I feel I shouldn't have. I don't know how to bring up an FPS counter or anything.. the Microsoft version is very annoying to get into files or check stats etc....

I'd assume I'm getting somewhere in the realm of 30fps, with frequent drops to 15fps.

I opened Task Manager while playing and it seems Minecraft is not using my GPU. I'm assuming it's using only the CPU for graphics, as my CPU usage goes to 80-90%. My GPU usage is at 0% and it also does not show it using a GPU engine.

I've tried every fix I could find on the internet, from adding it manually into NVIDIA control panel to setting it on High Performance in the Windows graphics settings (power saver mode and performance were both GTX1070 with no other option..)

The game is very frustrating to play at this point and I can't seem to find a solution. Any help would be great. Thank you
