Hi,

We recently got a PS5 and we're receiving the error message: "Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account for 'Playstation Network' " when trying to link our daughter's existing Minecraft account that she uses on her iPad.

She has never had a playstation account associated with her microsoft account. A little searching tells me this is an issue for others as well. We have deleted the local game data to try again, and then it just had the "Signing in to Microsoft account" message for over 15 minutes but never worked. We also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that hasn't worked either.

Please advise.
