desc: user input seeds aren't used.

steps to reproduce:

1). create a world with a chosen valid seed.

2). View the seed in the world settings.

expected results: the seed is the same one that was put in.

observed results: the seed is completely different.

note: I tried the same seed twice and it was replaced by a different seed each time.
