Placing a bucket containing an axolotl puts down the water and fish but once you click on the fish in creates a new water source in the bucket and leaves the remaining water on the ground I am not sure if this is meant to happen but creates a big mess when trying to clean up the water. Also a previously stated but that  sometime in picks up then places the fish instantly happens quite a bit, Hope this report helps.
