Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a candle;
2. Hold any item that can be used (book & quill, any food, potions)
3. Look at the candle and interact;
4. Light it up;
5. Look at it and interact again (still holding the usable item).

Observed Results:
Nothing happens in any of these cases.

Expected Results:
The item is properly used when the candle is put off, and the player puts out the fire instead when it's lit up.
