Cannot place more candles when being on top of it

      Summary
      When trying to place candles while the player is on top of it, it simply doesn't work, unlike in Java.

      Step to Reproduce
      1. Place a candle
      2. Stand on top of it.
      3. Try place more.
      ---> You can't.
