My custom skins don't load on the PS4 version, and it doesn't allow me to create another custom skin, whenever I try to customize a skin the message "could not load" appears, something like that, and this only happens on PS4, I have the android version as well and these problems do not occur in it. Another problem that occurs is that my purchased skins become invisible, this occurs on all platforms I've played and has been happening since the first version of 1.16.
