      At high altitudes 254 and higher even when wearing leather boots you sink in powdered snow.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a powder snow block at Y=254
      2. Equip leather boots
      3. Stand on the powder snow

      Observed Results:
      Player sinks.

      Expected Results:
      Player should be able to stand on the powder snow.
