Red Glitchy Screen That Flashes Red And Black On Every Time I Load The Game, And It Won't Give Me The Minecraft Loading Screen

      I tried to load up 1.17 Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Windows 10 Laptop, but every time I do, I keep getting this Red Glitchy Screen that flashes Red and Black. It won't give me the Minecraft loading screen, and I'm pretty sure that I am not the only one that's having this issue.
