the new light block default state is set to 0 and it can't be placed

      So i was testing every new feature and came across the new Light block, since it's an interesting feature for map creators I couldn't wait to test it. But when I went to place it somewhere it simply didn't appear, i also noticed the light state shown was 0 ( instead of 15) so i came here to report it.
