Whenever I build something on my world in minecraft, as soon as I quit and come back on the world, everything I built disappears. This happens especially with signs that are placed down

      FYI it is both game modes, survival and creative and this affects me so much that I cannot play at all because anything I build just disappears when I reload the world.
