you can make flying ghost water with flower pots.

how to recreate :

Step 1 : place a flowerpot with a flower in it.

Step 2 : waterlog the pot, this should give you the flower and not take any water.

Step 3 : break the block below the pot. if you break the pot your water will dissapear.

Step 4 : the water is 100% usable and updatable.

Whenever you go close to the water your FOV will increase.
