While playing the game occasionally (5 to 10 minutes) when I break a block Minecraft will lock up.

It has happened when breaking leaves with a sword, crafting table with a coal, and a pumpkin with i forget. When it locks up i see the broken object (pumpkin) and breaking particles,. If i were looking for the big i would start with when the other is placed on the ground for retrieval. 

Every game i play now ends when Minecraft freezes and i have to reload.
