When I break any door in Creative Mode, it drops an item even though it shouldn't.
 
What I expected to happen: I break the door and it drops nothing, like any other block in Creative.

What actually happened: I break the door and it drops in item form, which shouldn't happen.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Place any door down in creative mode.
2) Break the top half of it (it won't drop if you break the bottom half). It drops the item as unintended.
