The latest beta saw changes brought from Java Editon with the changed bastion loot. However the one change that is yet to be in parity, apart from the spectral arrow, is that the diamond pickaxe found inside the hoglin stable chests aren't enchanted. You can look into it in the loot table baston_hoglin_stable JSON files, to see whether it has an enchanted tag or not.
