Everytime I logged in into Minecraft and went over the server Tab, it looks like this and I have no idea of how it happened and how to fix it and I can't press on each featured servers

How to fix it?
I want you to delete this Glitch and replace it with normal one but make sure that you test it to see if you can join all featured servers so that I won't be worrying about this big issue and remove the wave screen because I don't like it and its a little bit disturbing

I lied about 1.16.221 Hotfix because there's 1.16.221 on Google play store as you can see a photo and I also don't know what's the meaning of hotfix but if it's just a quick fix then I understand

I tried disable all resources packs but it didn't worked
