Bow is enchant effect (the lines on enchanted Tool ) inverted. 

Enchanted tool (sword,etc.) The line goes bottom to top on all tool but with bow texture is upside down that's why the line goes top to bottom 

step to reproduce

1.take Bow give any enchant.

expected result

Enchant Bow lines goes bottom to top
