Fireworks that shot by a crossbow, are not exploding on impact in Bedrock unlike the Java Edition of Minecraft.
In any 1.16.x version Java Edition, fireworks always explode when colliding with an entity or block. In Bedrock edition they pass through entities and don't explode until their fuse time runs out.
