      Update on this issue:

We are aware that some players on Windows 10 with certain graphics hardware may experience a black screen on launch - this only affects players who had changed the anti-aliasing setting from default, and as a workaround you can reset your video settings to default, with the following steps:

      1. Close Minecraft
      2. Open your game settings file location; you can navigate there in your file explorer:
        %LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe

      3. Open options.txt
      4. Find the line with the following entry, and change the number to 4, like so:
        gfx_msaa:4

      5. Save the options.txt file
      6. Re-launch Minecraft

Alternatively, you can delete the options.txt file, and then relaunch Minecraft, and a new one will be generated with default settings for all options.

If you set the anti-aliasing to 1 while rtx is off, the game won't load when opened next. It only show a black screen and if you disable full screen then a red bar appears at the bottom of the screen, this bar only appears for half a second if the game is loading.
