Different variations of stone brick stairs, quartz stairs and sandstone stairs dont have separate block id's

I expected to have multiple block id's. when i try to make for example a border around ,y house with stone brick stairs. Sometimes i will get mossy stone brick stairs or cracked stone brick stairs

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into creative mode
2. Select either stone brick stairs, quartz stairs or sandstone stairs
3. Try placing a straight line of these blocks. The textures will change while you do that
