Breaking blocks causes the game to crash. I have experienced this with grass, pumkin, oak logs, and cobblestone most commonly. 

The community I am part of have had the same issue even on new worlds too.. as of this moment we have had to give up on 1.17.10.20. We have tried hard resets, new worlds, reinstalling, clearing saved data cache
